The breakfast was especially rich and the hotel was relatively quiet. There's a bus that goes to the city center, and the price was quite reasonable. There's also a large supermarket nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Birmingham.

We went to this hotel I didn’t treated as really well after the next day tried to extend the room was given love attitude by members of staff and reception also was very annoyed with in particular staff. There was no food at breakfast. All stuff was huffing and puffing all the time just felt like they didn’t need us there. To be honest, the room wasn’t that bad it was quite decent

Clean twin beds. USB-A ports on either side of twin beds for easy phone charging, table lamp for each and a reading light each. Very spacious room. Tea and coffee facilities. Spacious bathroom. Complementary breakfast with allergen markings. Gluten-free hash browns too! However, not a huge breakfast selection and the only eggs available are the scrambled eggs possibly steamed? Quiet rooms and excellent parking. Iron and ironing board in room too. Great stay. Good air conditioning unit too.

Room and facilities as expected as Holiday Inn express quality but the bathroom is beyond our expectations. It’s quite spacious and sturdy. Complimentary breakfast included, we really enjoyed our stay!

Although this hotel is a bit out of the way, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and feel really spacious, which made for a very relaxed stay. Plus, there's plenty of parking, which is super convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast was also quite good. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and good value for money!

The room was incredibly spacious, and the included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I'll definitely book again next time. It's very convenient for Birmingham Airport, and Birmingham city center is only about 5 to 10 minutes away. Truly very convenient!
