Disappointing stay, design a little outdated and a cracked toilet bowl in my room.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Hippodrome theatre and the New Street train station. All of which were only a 5 minute walk from each other. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had issue with the AC in our first room, but we were quickly accommodated to another room. Breakfast was good with enough options to satisfy all tastes and needs.

Breakfast isn't worth the money so don't bother paying for that , hotel was run down abit , room wasn't great but did the job. Overall not worth the price

The location is good, but the room decoration is a bit old. The room is still McLean and the staff are very nice.

Stayed here for one night and we stayed in the superior room with the city view, which was really nice as we were on the 18th floor so the view was amazing. The room was clean but the bed and pillows were horrible. The mattress was so soft you would sink into it when laying down, the pillows were the same too, they were really soft and flat and we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Other than that, everything else was fine.

01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Really nice hotel, no complaints at all. Great location and great service.

The room was noisy, I asked to be moved and they moved me to a room next to the lift. Not great. Otherwise, the bar was friendly and the concierge was helpful.

This is the worst trip I have ever experienced and the first time I have made a complaint on the software. The man markons at the reception desk is like a robot. He doesn't understand any of my demands at all. He just repeats the same sentence mechanically, and finally deliberately doesn't give us a drink coupon
