Great place, complimentary evenings from Monday till Wednesday is a great idea, especially for single travellers

Excellent location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fabulous place to stay, very spacious lounge and breakfast area. Food was excellent at breakfast, including choice of cereals and lovely bloomer bread, fresh hot choices too. Room clean and spacious, great facilities. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Good! Easy to find and near the station. Staffs are nice and there are free drink(tea &milk) in the common area!

The toilet is not very sanitary and cannot get in water in the bathroom You have to use a floor mop to push the water back and it takes at least an hour to get the water. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night I found two towels that were quite dirty, so I called them. I asked for two relatively clean towels, but after waiting for 40 minutes, no one changed them, so I took them myself. The staff who answered the phone should have forgotten. Maybe they forgot all the guests' problems while chatting!

The hotel is located close to everything I needed in central Birmingham. The room was clean and staff friendly. Only 2 things- the walls between the rooms are too thin. You can hear everything happening in the room next door including what they are watching on television and sleep noises. Secondly the breakfast variety is limited but having read reviews by others, I prepared appropriately.

Please do get the lifts fixed asap - appreciate not fully within ones control but was a bit of a challenge having 2 out of 4 lifts not working; especially as a hotel that is not situated on the ground floor of the building.

Great apartment, great location, massive issue was only having 1 lift out of 4 running. Absolute nightmare, especially when you have to go up to level 2 to check in, then up again to your floor, took a long time

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big and neat. I had a great stay overall

Good location, spacious room with a very comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

It is excellent value for money. You get big room with almost fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is also spacious, towels are new and soft. Bed is comfy. Room is bright and view is nice (bear in mind it is Birmingham). Staff is efficient kind. Location is great five minutes walk to any part of downtown.

1st time at bham staybridge everything was great except the room nxt door as could hear everything and he was shouting intermittently for around 4 hours which wasnt the best when trying to relax but the place itself was good
