The room was okay- nice bathroom, low water pressure. Breakfast was nice. Staff were lovely.

I absolutely loved the service! I forgot my phone charger at home, but when I arrived, I asked a gentleman at the desk if there was anything he could do. He kindly offered to charge both my phone and my husband’s phone. He was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and he made us feel very comfortable. The service was excellent, everything was very clean, and I really liked the room as well. I told him that when I got back home, I would make sure to leave a very good review because he truly deserved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and for making our stay so pleasant. We really appreciated your kindness! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were absolutely amazing and made me feel very welcome. I arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and they kindly offered me a complimentary coffee while I waited, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. My room was spacious, quiet and exactly what I was looking for. The large shower was excellent, and everything was comfortable, clean and well presented. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection including a full English breakfast, cereals, fresh juices and coffee. There were also waffles available for anyone who fancied something a little different. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, excellent breakfast and thoughtful service made my experience even better. A big thank you to the entire team at Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham.

No fridge in the room, no water provided. The room is ok but needs refurbishing. Also to mention TV isn’t smart, no YouTube works either, no WiFi in the room.

Very clean hotel, large room, and excellent breakfast (especially the waffles). The staff was very friendly. The only negatives were the lack of soundproofing in the rooms and the neighborhood being a bit dirty.

Fantastic hotel, very clean great size rooms. Tram station, shop, domino's and tescos within omly a few mins. Breakfast was lush with a great selection. Staff were super friendly. Look forward to coming back another time

It was a great place to use for the night. The only thing I was not satisfied with was when I wanted to have a hot drink, there was no where else to get water except the one from the ensuite and also they don't allow room service. Thank you

Stayed hear a few times in the past, when I’m in Birmingham, the reception staff are always helpful, breakfast is good, if you arrive at breakfast 25/30 minutes before the end some hot food is a little over cooked and some selections have run out

The room is spacious especially if you have luggage to open. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Location wise, walkable to Birmingham New Street train station given you don’t have big heavy luggage. Although I can hear the people outside but it’s not really bad. You can ask for some essentials if you forgot yours, available at the reception. The staff were nice and accommodating.
