Birmingham South (Hall Green)

We stayed at the hotel for a funeral at the Robin Hood crematorium and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows available under the bed. It was hot and we appreciated the air conditioning in the main area and the fans in each room. Breakfast was excellent and worth the money. Staff were friendly and attentive. Diane was particularly helpful.

We have just checked out of this amazing premier Inn. Why have we not stayed here before now is our question. Lovely modern and clean hotel that offers parking. Very friendly staff that go above and beyond with every. I would say the staff here are a great team that seems to work well. I would say the staff made this stay a five star for us. Nothing was too much trouble and no matter what staff member we came across the attention to detail was amazing. Just two staff members that stood out were Julie and Diane ( lady Di). I really wish I'd noticed the other staff members name badges as I would name them all. Premier, I would do everything you can to keep this amazing team! The rooms were comfortable, modern and very clean. Breakfast, we wouldn't normally order but we did due to the lovely staff atmosphere. Very nice breakfast. Compliments to the chef. Thank you for an amazing stay for myself and my daughter. This was my first experience at this premier in Hall Green but now it will be listed as my favourite as long as the staff remain. These staff members clearly work very hard!

Stayed at Premier Inn, Hall Green/Shirley for 3 nights. Very central location, plenty of parking spaces, also pub with carvery next door which is quite busy, lots of shops and bus service nearby. Bed clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast which was well presented and tasty. Waitress (unfortunately I cannot remember her name, she works weekends serving breakfast), she is an asset to Premier Inn, a lovely friendly lady and nothing was too much trouble for her. Main corridors carpet was not hoovered while I stayed there for 3 nights, I was told they were very busy, guess Prrmier Inn are cutting corners employing less staff. My room was not cleaned while I stayed there but I was ok with that, happy just to receive clean towels. Reception staff were friendly. I would happily stay there again.

Stay here everytime we come back to see family.Most of the staff remember us as soon as we walk in through the doors. They always greet us asking how we have been since the last time we seen them.All the staff are helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to help with anything we might need.We moved to Cornwall from Hall Green just over three years ago,we would never stay anywhere else. Thank you keep up the good work, its nice to see the same familiar faces.

Location is great, the rooms are lovely, shame no air conditioning in the room, great value for money, the breakfast is lovely, it’s clean and very well maintained and the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, happy and just overall fabulous!

Staff - excellent- very helpful and friendly Room - excellent - clean, tidy with everything I need with a big plus the fan kept the room cool providing me with a good night sleep. Breakfast - staff member was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast - continental and cooked was really lovely All in all a very lovely stay - thank you!

Excellent stay .Welcoming, clean, and efficient. Easy parking. Room Excellent. Staff very friendly. Definitely be using this Premier Inn on my next visit to Birmingham.

Great experience from start to finish.Staff were perfect.room was comfy and staff were very helpful and polite.Hotel was decorated lovely.

Stayed here for one night after a shopping trip in Birmingham and could not fault it. The man who checked us in was really friendly. Stayed in room 101, very close to reception on ground floor, nice location. Standard Premier Inn room, no complaints. Would use this hotel again but not a fan of Birmingham / Bullring in general, some interesting people there shall we say, was happy to leave!
