I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a perfect location—central, convenient, and great for exploring the city. It has a luxurious feel throughout, with modern decor and a very clean environment. The staff were lovely—always polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with great amenities including coffee pods, tea, and coffee, as well as both still and sparkling water provided daily (a bottle of each). A big plus was the in-room entertainment setup—you can easily connect your phone to the TV via the hotel Wi-Fi to stream your favourite shows on apps like Netflix and Prime Video. Overall, I was really impressed with the comfort, service, and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for a stylish and relaxing city break.

I would gladly give this place more than five stars in my review. The breakfast offered is incredibly diverse, which is a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciate the modern decoration throughout the hotel, which adds to its overall charm. Furthermore, the waiter at the hotel provided excellent service, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, I do have one concern regarding the parking space; I worry that if I return, it might be difficult to find a spot.

Where do I start! *The check was very straight forward and polite. *Room amenities were good tea and coffee machine. *Nice shower  *Lots of parking just very tight and small spaces. *Hotel location was really good apart from having a night club next door that played loud base music till 4am! *As soon as we stepped out of the lift to our floor there was a very strong smell of ********* (****) The smell was all the way down the corridor. *As soon as we awake the smell of ********* was in the air in our room!

Poor service because I forgot to renew my reservation after 11am and was charged £30 and will not choose this hotel in the future

I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Stayed here with my two daughters We was on the 16th floor great views of the Christmas market. Breakfast was delicious too!

The service here is good and the staff here very friendly and treat me very nice too. The location is okay, it's not really too far from the new street train station. I love to be close to more food places that I like...there is also clubs, bar and shops close by too.

Excellently attentive and friendly staff to great you for whatever you need. Rooms very very clean and fully catered for everything you need and may have forgotten. Great location if you need to be central to Broad Street, however the streets are full of people partying on a weekend which you have to walk through with children if you are travelling as a family which isn’t ideal. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Omelette station was lovely, and the fresh fruit smoothies. Only let down was nobody was clearing tables when there were people stood about. Luckily we were early.
