My anxiety nearly got the better of me when I booked this.. £150 for a week? Receptionists 24/7? Fresh sheets? No way.. But I’m so glad I did. It’s my first day here today. The owner messaged me before I came. To make sure I was ok and not to worry. EVERY single member of staff has been brilliant. The bunks are class. Bigger than a single bed. Very cosey. And lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough. Already thinking about staying for a month (no joke) Quality venue. Quality price. Quality staff

I was due to travel from Digbeth coach station quite early one morning so when I saw that the Birmingham Central Backpackers had a double room with a private bathroom and it was only a few minutes walk away I decided to book. I hadn't stayed in a hostel before but must say that everyone was really friendly and the check-in and check-out was really efficient. The room was ideal for what I needed, comfy bed, shower, toilet, kettle, tea, coffee and convenient plug sockets for charging devices. I would stay again if this room was available when I need it.
