Nice and friendly reception Very good manners and helpful Nice and clean room we have Great location close to the train

Its nice and clean hotel so quiet front deck was nice and polite

There is no car parking available, they said got carparking for £8 but didn't get the parking that amount Also when I ask about the parking location, they said try in Google map, Staff is not in helping mood

Really does need TLC toilet difficult to flush shower head didn't work had to ask for dxtra pillow that didn't arrive so had to request again won't stay there again would rather pay £20 more and have comfort

My room although a little dated was clean & pretty comfortable. Bedding & towels were both fresh and nice smelling. Bed was comfortable too I stayed in room 209 which didn't have a vanity mirror help when doing my hair and make-up. There was a mirror in the bathroom but obviously there weren't any electric sockets for a hairdryer or straighteners Plus it would've been useful to have had a plug/plugs sockets nearer the bed for charging my phone and using my Cpap machine. Apart from that, everything was good.

Very clean, bed somewhat un comfortable and not a real double, dated decor and bathroom. Great location next to New Street Station.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the new street station which is excellent. But the rooms is small and old, the bed sheets look grey (tho clean). The mattress is also old. It is okay to stay just 1 night (if you don’t have other choice and budget) but not more than that.
