Location is very convenient which is good for travelling via trains in the nearby Birmingham New Street station

Good location. It's just next to the train station and close to shopping area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

The transportation is convenient. It is very suitable for business trips. It saves a lot of time and can rest. There are also many places to eat around. It is convenient.

There is no mini fridge in the room, no slippers. So I bought sandwiches, cheesecakes, and milk drinks without refrigerators. Moreover, my room has to be connected to the next room, and I heard the sun when talking about the next room, which is extremely disgusting and unsafe. The front desk clerk saw that it was Hong Kong, China, and the room was on the first floor. As soon as Zhong Yao stepped out of the lift, it was my room. Are you noisy? Of course, the reason why they are in the same breath is on the third floor (the ghost woman I used to let her live on the third floor).  There is only one advantage for the whole hotel: 1-minute walk to the train station on line 1/F.  If I am not on a business trip, I will definitely not stay in this hotel. It is really because of the convenience, and it costs HK900 without breakfast, which is too unbearable. It is comparable to the one at Heathrow Airport T4, but the disadvantage is that it is farther away.

The location is near the train station, very convenient, the room is very clean, unexpectedly good, recommended; in addition, there are many shopping malls and restaurants near the location, which is really convenient and the price is reasonable

Always love a premiere in…. And on this occasion the amazing staff made it extra special…. Tyrese was so charming funny and kind at breakfast service, and Sue on the night team ended our evening brilliantly. A credit to premier inn. Loved the breakfast cooked to order too

The location of the hotel is excellent if you need quick access to the public transport network or the offerings in the city centre. The pavement immediately outside might seem a bit scruffy, with a McDonald’s and other cheap eateries next door, but there was no concern about safety and across the road was a very smart Apple Store in a grand old building. My Premier Plus room was extremely comfortable and well worth the extra money, with a very comfortable armchair, excellent shower and other facilities. The bed was also comfortable and no sounds penetrated from outside or within the hotel. The breakfast buffet and dinner menu were standard for Premier Inn but the food was plentiful and tasty and served hot and promptly. The staff were all excellent but the fact that only 2-3 people are on duty at the Frontdesk and in the restaurant meant that there were times when it was hard to find someone available, e.g. to pay the dinner bill.

Staff where not very happy or welcoming, food was either not cooked through or waited ages for and the bed was uncomfortable which is a shame as we have stayed at many premier inns this was the worst one unfortunately, we would have had drinks in the bar but we stood around too long waiting to be seated or served so went elsewhere

Great value and a super convenient location. The hotel is quiet (despite being right next to New Street station), clean and the room was bigger than I expected. The check in was fast and friendly. The bed was super comfy and I had a great night's sleep. I don't usually have the hotel breakfast as they are so expensive, but this one was great value and very good. I can't believe I had such a great stay at such a good price. Wonderful value.

I chose to stay here once again as it is so very convenient for New Street station. Just walk out of the station and the hotel is right there. If you get a room on a high floor you get splendid views over the city. Staff are friendly and welcoming as they usually are in Premier Inns. The room is the same as in all hotels in this chain (standard and Premier Plus are available in this hotel) and it has a restaurant in the building if you wish to avoid the busy and noisy streets.
