The health resort specializes in treating a series of illnesses, including neurological, cardiological, pulmonological, traumatological-orthopedic, endocrinal, gynecological, dermotological, renal, as well as illnesses connected to the movement-support apparatus and the digestive system.
There is a treatment center, where guests can receive kinesiotheraphy, physiotherapy, audio-visual therapy treatments and variety of massages. There is swimming pool and sauna complex. Whirl baths, underwater massages and mud applications are also available.
All rooms are equipped with fridges, electric kettles and cable TVs. The private bathrooms include bathrobes and hairdryers. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property.

I have spent some time in the lovely amazing place . Room clean and tidy , amazing view on the spectacular river Nemunas ( 20 bucks more on the reservation if you like to get this amazing view for sure ) , buffet meals and amazing Spa with as many saunas as you like . Great coffee shop and if you go for a 3 days staying package you will get 5 , I mean five meals included. I just have to write some remarks about the very long check in process ( almost 20 min waiting , just one clerk at check in desk for the first 10 minutes ) and empty frigo bar , but two bottles of water and coffee were available for free in our room . Anyway was indeed a lovely experience, and hope to be back soon

The place is with mostly horrible service and terrible personal evere. They are always rude and aggressive never answered questions or anything at all. Even with huge pains in my leg’s they commanded me to go back many times. Equipment doesn’t work anywhere you go there were waiting fir few hours. Never ever again to this place!!!

We had the standard week long programme of five procedures a day. A large amount of other treatments are available (at extra cost) but it was hard to get the correct information as most of the staff had minimal English. It takes time to get used to the layout of the place and the effect of the treatments.The place is functional but with state of the art equipment, spotlessly clean and highly efficient. Wonderful pool complex with saunas and steam rooms. Also loved the peat wrap and various forms of massage especially the underwater one, lymph drainage leg compression and a kind of massage waterbed. However sad to say the food lets the place down. It is supposed to be holistic and to give the best conditions for health, but the canteen type meals are anything but healthy. There is a large emphasis on meat/pork with much fried food or tastelessly boiled. There is no indication of the ingredients so not good for vegetarians. The snack bar is better, with yoghurt and keffir and also black bread and cheeses, but is not always open. Surprisingly the bar with drinks and cakes and vending machines with all kinds of chocolate bars are readily available. If only fresh appetising healthy meals were more of a priority, also a more thorough way of explaining the treatments and gearing them to individual needs, the place would be perfect,

We are coming here every year. But after this time, we won't come back... Urine smell in the rooms... It's very disgusting. Too much people, in the dining room you are waiting in the long long queue to get some food. After last lunch, my little daughter 3.5y and granny was vomiting a LOT. And a lot of other inconvenience. 700e for this for 3days? I am not recommending going here.

I stayed in Egle sanatorium Birstonas for more than six months in 2018 I repeatedly told there management about radiation danger in there sanatorium due to large amount of granite used in there sanatorium They did not do anything about it Now my health is negatively effected due to radiation that I received during my stay in Egle sanatorium I request full refund and did not received any response

Wundervolle Erholung inmitten der Natur!!! Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Eglės Sanatorium in Birštonas – und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen! Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, direkt am ruhigen Wald und in der Nähe des Flusses – perfekt für Spaziergänge und Erholung in der Natur. Der Transfer war wie immer sehr gut organisiert, die Ankunft verlief reibungslos. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Behandlungen, die sehr professionell und wirkungsvoll sind – man spürt die Erfahrung des medizinischen Personals. Auch das gesamte Team ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Man fühlt sich bestens betreut. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und mit wunderschönem Ausblick – eine echte Wohlfühloase. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem man wunderbar entspannen und neue Kraft tanken kann. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Мы останавливались здесь на 5 дней в июне с нашим 11-летним ребенком. Отель мне понравился. Стандартный двухместный номер небольшой, но уютный. Прекрасно благоустроенная территория. Атмосфера настоящего санатория. Персонал не очень приятный. Процедуры не идеальны, но хороши. Есть хорошая детская комната, в которой дети постарше могут поиграть в приставки. Еда очень понятная, вкусная, хороший выбор, много фруктов. Невкусное мороженое. Очень понравилась зона бассейнов и саун. Множество различных саун, бань, большие джакузи, хороший бассейн для плавания, места хватит всем гостям. Я обратилась в регистратуру с просьбой подкорректировать график процедур, но мне объяснили, что сделать это невозможно из-за загруженности специалистов. Но мне удалось договориться со специалистами, выполняющими процедуры самостоятельно, я перенесла несколько процедур на более удобное время. Странно, но на ресепшене мои пожелания не учли. Поэтому график процедур был составлен таким образом, что у нас не было нескольких свободных часов подряд, чтобы хотя бы осмотреть городок. У меня было такое чувство, будто я работаю, а не отдыхаю. Сразу после визита в Егле я была категорически настроена не возвращаться, поскольку процедуры были растянулись с самого утра до ужина.
