Premier Inn Newcastle (Washington)

the room was a little small but really nice and the staff here were the absolute kindest. the view and the bathroom were both really good too

I stay at Premier Inns very frequently and like this hotel chain. After the stay in the Premier Inn Team Valley, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our Premier Plus room. Again very spacious with fridge and coffee machine as advertised. The room and bathroom were both clean and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback was that they didn’t have an in-house restaurant and we would have had to go to Tobey Carvery next door. Not a big fan of Tobey Carvery so we didn’t eat there. There aren’t many places to eat in Washington and many were closed on a Monday. Breakfast was served in a small area of the hotel but the buffet was well stocked and the food fresh. I can’t find fault with this Premier Inn other than missing an in-house restaurant. I was very pleased with our stay and would return again.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable extra pillows were available. The staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly staff. A special thank you to David!

I have stayed in many Premier Inns and this was one of the best. I rang a few days beforehand and asked for a quiet top floor room as I had a long drive before and after my stay. When I arrived at the hotel a very friendly, polite young man remembered speaking to me on the phone and had sorted that out for me. The room was very quiet, clean and comfy. Parking was easy. Easy access to the A1. Tony carvery just next door so easy to get food and a pint.

I like a premier inn but this was a great one! Rooms were lovely, clean and quiet and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was lovely and Sharon couldn’t do enough to help; she even brought me a freshly fried egg when there were none left. Highly recommended!
