Duo Hotel by Futuro

The breakfast is good. The room is very big. The location might hard to find a little bit.

Bathroom was clean and I want to commend the cleaners for doing an excellent job in maintaining room cleanliness. The breakfast hits the right spot without having a big spread. However, when we arrived at midnight, the male receptionist who has long hair was rude and not helpful at all, claiming Trip.com’s reservation did not exist. He sat in his chair mumbling and kept repeating the same questions. I had to insist and apparently, he felt that because we are a party of 2 and not 3, hence the reservation did not match. It felt that most of the service staff were young university students. That is ok, because we received great help from 2 other females receptionists in the morning shift — kudos to them.

A newly renovated hotel uses not really good construction materials. There is a cover maybe use for checking the water pipes next to the toilet in the bathroom. It is not completely attached to the wall, and you may see light from the opposite side, so the privacy is not very good. Also, elevator can only accommodate two people, not really convenient if you have too many luggage. If you go to the city center you need to take a taxi. The hotel is located at the end of an alley and please direct the driver to the alley. But their female staffs are really helpful and breakfast is delicious.

I had a great stay at Duo Hotel Bishkek and I am still staying here as I write this. I have been here for the last six days, and the experience has been excellent from the start. Check-in was smooth and quick, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made the stay comfortable. The breakfast is one of the highlights. There are many options to choose from, fresh and well prepared, and it easily suits different tastes. It is a great way to start the day. The room is clean, tidy, and well maintained. Housekeeping does a very good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and organized. Overall, Duo Hotel Bishkek offers great comfort, excellent service, and a warm environment. I would happily recommend it and would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel's employees are all kind. And location is also good. But elevator is not so good. This is only bad point.
