酒店前台服務周到 。單人房間非常小 ，小到沒有把行李打開的地方。早餐廳非常舒適 ，早餐種類也很多。 客房很乾凈 ，床墊比較硬 。房間非常不隔音 。

Awesome stay with kind gestures from the staffs. Ms. Eliza, from the reception- welcomed us with her smile. Room was spacious, neat and tidy. Though bidet is not available but manageable. Lobby was astoundingly quiet and clean. We love the breakfast, different menu everyday. Thanks Ms. Izecim for providing our request (hot milk and eggs as per our choice) with your kind smile. Ms. Perizat also provided us with a very smooth checkout transaction. All the amenities are in order and well maintained. Keep it up.

This is the second time to stay at this hotel as it is conveniently located. But, So disappointed this time. The level of service and hospitality of staff are deteriorating. Maybe, it is due to overcrowded customers. Better to find other hotels.
