Novotel Bishkek City Center

The room key card always took several tries to get the power working consistently. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. The gym and pool were decent, but frankly, the room facilities were on par with a budget hotel like Hanting in China.

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

Everything was comfortable. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we received a complimentary gift. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. The spa was excellent. Thank you. The room was also spacious, with a nice big bed and a city view.

This is one of the best hotels in Bishkek. It's a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the main square and 20-25 minutes to Osh Bazaar, which is incredibly convenient. The Archa restaurant completely won me over; I still can't stop thinking about the grilled beef tenderloin – it was unbelievable. The breakfasts are wonderful, not just for their variety but also for the quality of the ingredients and the excellent service, which was a real pleasure. And the cherry on top: I asked for a late check-out until 2 PM, and they accommodated it without any hesitation. Thank you, Novotel! These small details create a positive impression not only of the hotel but also of the country as a whole.

Booked this for a colleague. It's close to the city center, which is convenient for business trips, and also very close to the airport. The hotel's front desk service was excellent and communication was easy. Overall, a great experience, keep up the good work!

Cleanliness was perfectly fine, but the surrounding area was a bit dull and boring. Perhaps that's just Bishkek for you.
