Walked from Cheltenham racecourse approx 20 mins, The number D bus stop is only 5 mins away and that will take you Cheltenham, Met Caroline Who made me very welcome and was very kind..Also met Doug who was just as nice.. She showed me my room which was up some stairs on the side of the property in the front, Spacious, Clean and comfortable. My own bathroom as Well..There is a back garden where you can sit in as well.. There is also a breakfast area... I did not have breakfast as I had to catch a train to catch.. Also if you turn left out of the property you can walk 10 -15mins to Bishops Cleeve village with shops and eateries and a superstore for Tesco & Lidl.

Very comfy bed, quirky room, not brilliant toilet layout in room 1. Kettle layout poor, furniture outside totally unsafe. Continental breakfast was good, landlady very nice, friendly lady, overall good.
