"A good, clean, and very friendly place with a bar/restaurant on the bottom floor. The room could have been a bit larger, but it was OK. Breakfast was great! Interesting that every guest had their numbered table and a thermos with hot coffee on the table waiting. A coffee machine with espresso etc. was also available. I would come again."

"We have had one bad experience which definitely has affected how we think of this place. Before we left our home to visit it here, we have been looking through our booking to see what we should bring (e.g towels, bed linens etc). In our booking confirmation and in the app AND in the FAQ section, it said we should leave bed linen and towels on the floor when we departure. We arrived, believing there would be bed linen and towels included, but there were none here. My husband went to the reception to ask for help because we were confused. In the cabin, it also states that we should leave it on the floor. My husband is met by a woman who has been working here for many years telling him in German (that she insist on doing meanwhile she’s saying that she understand him) that it is communicated on their webpage. So my husband was told that we needed to pay for it. The ONLY place it states this information is when you book the cabin. It says “By request”. So do you, Center Parcs, really expect your guests to either remember this information months ahead or do you really expect us to act like we want to book a cabin again just to check for this important information before we visit you? It is a bad customer experience, bad information architecture in your digital products and just a really bad way to handle it. Apart from the above, The facilities are okay. But the place is worn and used. Our Comfort cabin is overall ok, but much of it is worn and dirty. The cleaning is done really bad - there are stains on the floor and several marks on the walls. The cabin is cold in the mornings and evenings and we need to use blankets and sweaters to keep us warm, especially our 3 year old. It seems like the only way to warm up the cabin is by using the fireplace where we need to buy wood first."
