We had a good experience at this hotel. It’s a calm place, a bit away from the city center, but the reception can assist with bus information to help you reach ropeway. The staff was very friendly, especially those in the reception and kitchen. The only downside was that the walls weren’t soundproof, which affected our sleep a bit. Thank you for the champagne gift for my birthday—it was a lovely touch!

I had a great experience. The staff was ethical, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic, and I genuinely appreciated the hospitality. However, I was disappointed by one specific policy. During the dinner service, I wanted to take the bottle of water I had already opened and started drinking. Unfortunately, I was politely informed that their policy does not allow guests to do so. While I respect their rules, small restrictions like these can leave a negative impression, especially when they seem minor but impact guest comfort.

1. Reception was slow with shuttle service booking and follow-ups. Had to take a taxi after waiting for 20 minutes. 2. Jacuzzi water temperature in the sauna was lower than usual (I've stayed at your hotel many times). As a result I caught a cold. 3. The pool jacuzzi was full of kids whose parents weren't paying attention and the kids were all over us. We warned staff but received weird response. 4. It says men shouldn't be in the sauna until 2PM but the rule never worked. Even the staff didn't ask them to leave when they saw them. 5. Room service was provided after calling couple of times and at the end of the day, there were dead insects on the floor. Which means they did not clean it properly.

This is actually the first time that I am leaving a bad review but I have to do this. The customer service is zero in this hotel. We have booked a family room for 2 families with kids and agreed that they will provide us a crib for babies but on place it turned out that they NEVER provide even a single crib for this room reasoning that there is no space there ( there was a space actually) and literally forced us to take a room which was more expensive ( with a bigger guest room and smaller bedroom). But most ridiculous part was that they finally provided us two cribs in the room, which was much smaller than the first one. We couldn’t find a new place with the kids so we stayed, but the mood was ruined. Also after providing second key, first one stopped working.

Очень шумные номера, слышно, что делают соседи сверху. Взяли двухкомнатный номер, перегородкая стеклянная, неизолированная. Завтраки очень скудные, и с 8-30, к открытию подъемников не успеть В остальном все хорошо, персонал старается быть приветливым

Hotel di buon livello con camere eleganti, purtroppo si trova parecchio distante dal centro città e se non si dispone di auto si è costretti ad utilizzare un taxi per un'eventuale uscita serale. Discrete la cena e la colazione. Raccomandato.
