The staff were friendly. The hotel was nice. The room was a bit disappointing. There were long black hairs and a dead spider in the bath. There was a panel in the bath side that rattled when windy and the light kept flashing. The beds were there was flakes of paint on one bed and all over the floor and only one towel for two people.
The breakfast was tasty but the orange juice had been watered down. The leisure centre was lovely. Spent an enjoyable afternoon swimming, sauna and jacuzzi. Didn't use the gym but looked good. There was plenty to do through the hotel including a cinema entertainment.

A Horrendous experience. The 40 minute check-in was completely unacceptable alongside the staff not acknowledging the issues and upset that this was causing. This is obviously something they must be used to and therefore offered no apologies, just excuses. Paper thin walls and constant creaking from room above creating a sensory overload meaning we left at 9pm and drove one and a half hours home.

This hotel is good for a cheap and cheerful holiday it has lots of amenities including pool and health suites gym entertainment in the evenings, we had breakfast which was good including cooked English or continental options , easy tram links to centre

The hotel is OK for what you pay for.. staff helpful and free entertainment (we stayed Saturday night) . Very large hotel.. don't expect a 10 star hotel if you want that pay over 4 times the price but if you want somewhere to stay for a cheap night away then fill your boots.. would we stay again??? Probably if we went to Blackpool again.. the hotel is about 3 miles north of the tower so bear this in mind if you down there for the night but there is trams that stop right outside the hotel.. parking cost us £3 for 24hrs so good price there.. All in all for 30+ £££ you can't moan for a night or 2

Hotel staff not helpful at all. We booked 2 double bedrooms and they provided us 2 twin rooms that too after arguing. Or they gave 2 small doubles which was meant for single person. No cleaning at all and though they advertised for many amenities, there is nothing found or told about.
