This hotel was recommended to my by a fellow union colleague. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, the shower was great, the location was very good for me and a full breakfast which was amazing.

Everything is perfect here, from the spotlessly clean bedrooms to the perfectly cooked to order breakfast . Michael even replaced the batteries in the cuckoo clock as I wondered why it didn't work and I missed it from previous visits. We wouldn't ever contemplate staying anywhere else in Blackpool.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel over August bank holiday weekend and upgraded to The Nolan’s suite which was incredible. It’s immaculate, welcoming and in close proximity to the prom and shopping. Our hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble… the breakfast is outstanding!! Thanks Michael and Helen, we’re looking forward to staying again - and George the cat is the cutest!

A group of us stayed at Rose Bank Villa while attending a dance competition. The hotel was ideally located being with a few minutes walking distance of the Winter Gardens. Rooms were warm, comfortable & spotless. Breakfast was generous & delicious. Owners Helen & Michael could not have been more accommodating, not to mention fun!

Once again we were not disappointed with our stay at Rose Bank Villa. Wonderful spacious bedroom and en suite bathroom. Everywhere was spotless as usual . Great choice at breakfast which was wonderful. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool .

So lovely to be back at this charming guest house after the pandemic. Helen and Michael have clearly been working very hard updating their property. It was absolutely spotless. Our room was very was spacious and very comfortable. The huge bathroom was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented. Michael even offered to take us home when he found out our car had broken down! We could not ask for any more

Cannot fault this hotel. Helen and Michael are such genuine amazing people and hosts. Cleaning is immaculate. Rooms well decorated and purposeful - good quality hairdryer. Breakfast Wow. Location perfect for any walking distance in Blackpool. Lovely socializing room will well stocked bar. I look forward to next years stay!

We've stayed at Rosebank Villa twice so far and have already booked again. Helen and Michael are so friendly that you feel at ease instantly. We had a family room which was a good size for the 3 of us, with en suite, tea making facilities and a fridge which was handy to have for food and drink. The breakfasts are a great and tasty start to the day and we needed to have early breakfasts which were accomodated for which we were very grateful. We absolutely recommend.
