We arrived on a late flight from Portugal with a particular room booked which we had done through a third party booking service (queen). The hotel was clearly very busy and we were put into a room with twin double beds. This was not ideal and we asked the receptionist if it was possible to have the room we had booked. She moved us to a much nicer room (same footprint but better layout which meant I could share a bed with my husband!). This was a real 5/5 from us because despite an initial problem the really kind and professional receptionist went out of her way to fix it, and also comped us a couple of drinks which was unexpected and massively appreciated. It has made me much more likely to choose this chain again, knowing that a small hiccup will be dealt with nicely. Great staff. Room was comfortable and well proportioned and I like the fact that the toiletries are in dispensers so less plastic waste! The bar was lovely as well with really nice common areas to relax. Late night bar staff were charming and friendly. Well done Hilton!

We were welcomed by the lovely pair that own the Parsonage. The views of the reservoir were spectacular and the gardens are stunning! Our room was sizeable and cosy and felt like staying at your grandparents’ place. The room and en-suite were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Black out rooms so we slept very well :＞ The location is great, 10 minute walk from Axbridge and a half hour walk to Cheddar. The hosts were very knowledgable about the history of Axbridge, and there are historic homages on the walls. Breakfast was delicious and filling!

One of the best hotels to stay in Bristol and it was the best and it was near to the railway station and east access to all places to visit by walk or taking local transport.. I would recommend it if you are are coming as family and group of friends this hotel is best.

We stayed here as we were going to the Outfield Festival and it was only a short walk away. We arrived early and kindly asked if there was any chance we could have our room. The staff were very obliging and confirmed that yes we could go to our room, that was very much appreciated as we needed to get to the Festival. Room was spotless, modern and very spacious. Plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. The fan was very much needed! The only negative is that the thickness of the duvet for this time of year is not suitable. A thinner summer one would've been better. We literally were sweating all night more or less. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
