Went in for dinner the other night and was served by young girl Caitlin, she was constantly on the ball & ensuring we had a great experience. Brilliant selection of food and wonderful experience overall! Will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family.

Excellent Sunday dinner and very reasonably priced. 2 courses for £16 can’t argue with that. Roast beef dinner was very nice. Steak pie was also great. Staff very friendly and attentive. Selected meals are 2 for 1 weekdays - we will definitely be back.

Fantastic welcome on arrival and an ability to seat us in an appropriate table for the wheelchair which was great. Not having a ramp going Into the restaurant is odd and it’s a bit uncomfortable having to maneuver round a bar where guys are watching football. Really good portion sizes for The money but Roast Beef overcooked and a little dry with limited gravy plus each of the meals had almost ‘mushy’ season veg of simple peas and carrots. Pudding options were a hit to finish things off and all in all an ok pub lunch but it could Have been great. All staff were wonderful but I don’t think the food overall would warrant a revisit.

Family dinner at the parkville for my mums birthday. Staff were lovely could not fault them very polite and nothing was a bother. Drinks took quite a bit to come however staff did apologise for that. I got carbonara and would not recommend. The pasta was over cooked and the sauce was tasteless. Was a little disappointed however all other family members enjoyed there meal so I will stay away from the carbonara next time round.

Went for a birthday meal on a Thursday night. Usually go to their sister hotel, Angels in Uddingston, so thought we’d try this. What a mistake. We waited 30mins for a drink before complaining and discovering the waitress had mislaid our order. Got drinks on the house for the error. Then when our mains arrived the waitresses discovered that the starter dishes hadn’t been completely removed and they couldn’t put the mains down. The waitress on our table was abysmal from start to finish. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Sadly it wasn't enjoyable at all we got a large fish and chips and a small fish and chips which were exactly the same halves of one fish it was cold one plates chips were warm enough but the other cold the fish and peas were cold also got the large steak pie sadly it was also cold and not much on the plate and lastly the burger was cold and plate had a few chips on with the cheeseburger.I have been here a few times but afraid to say I was embarrassed we took my mum and dad telling them how great it was but no it wasn't.Ww told the staff but it wasn't their fault. The girls were lovely. Not for me I'm afraid to say very disappointed and I'm not fussy

We would like to thank the staff of the parkville Hotel for planning and delivering an exceptionally fantastic evening for my daughter’s engagement party. Allanna, who organised the event we do appreciate how attentive you were to all our needs, also thanks to Callum and Kyle for keeping the glasses full. The decoration of the venue and the food delivered to our guests were 2nd to none, our guest raved about how amazing the buffet was, again we would like to thank you very much from ourselves, and from all our guests who had a fantastic night and also from the guests that stayed overnight who slept well, thank you as they were over the moon with their bedrooms and for the warm welcoming they received. Thank you very much, the Quinn family xx
