The hotel is a walkable distance to the shopping centre and Sabd du plesis theatre. The food was fresh and you get your money's worth. The staff was friendly and the room's were spacious.

This was such a disappointment, we booked an executive Suite for R2233 for the night. The website said, slippers and hairdryer in the suite, none of that was available. The toilet in the bathroom was leakung all over the floor. The phone was not working as well. When I went down to reception to talk to the Manager on duty, she was also not on site. They called her and she laughed about this. So at half past nine at night, we were tired, disgusted and furios with no service. It was supposed to be a romantic evening away, but urned out to be a disaster. If we camped in a tent, it would have been much better. Management needs to step up and provide what is promised and paid for. I would seriously advice people not to stay here at all!!!!!
