The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. The food was also not that good.

酒店位置優越，附近有大型商場，不過被建議天黑前儘量回到酒店，距離國家博物館非常近，到機場也衹需十幾分鍾車程。房間設施略為陳舊，早餐不錯。

Not a business hotel. Parking a nightmare. No seated bar. Locals using it as a party spot. Loud music from cars parked at the front door. Breakfast actually ok. WiFi intermittent. Basins clogged up. Very unsafe area! No training facilities. Staff tried hard to make it better, but clearly management does not support their efforts.

Excellent service as a regular guest and will stay forever if i had a chance, I highly recommend the place. Excellent service to Neo and Masego. Great staff from security to managers. I have come to Bloem many times and i always stay at this hotel.

Poor service
My client said that the venue is clean (bar a feint whiff of urine at reception), and the rooms are nice but the service was terrible. Their systems were down so it took over an hour to check in, and another hour to get the restaurant bill. I have been asked to never book that hotel again.

Reasonably good hotel.
Location not the best due to proximity to a filling station and a few dodgy businesses
Towels were stained and looked unappealing so i went out to buy my own.
Also found female hair on the bathroom floor when i walked in for the first time

Hotel staff are friendly. Parking is safe and security personnel were are so helpful. My biggest challenge is the water I requested water and I was given tap water. The water tastes like it’s from a dam down the road. I am not happy at all. A litre of still water costs R70 what is that. Please fix your water machine or stop overcharging guests for water.
