Lovely old house, built in 1804; it’s like stepping back in time ( but with all modern amenities!). Kim & Wayne are very accommodating. I was the only guest for two nights, stayed in the smaller of the 2 rooms, was very comfortable. The place is very clean and well kept. Delicious breakfast. I will stay here again.

We stayed in the Granby room, which is a small bedroom on the east side of the house. Although the bathroom is a couple steps outside the bedroom in the hall, it is only used by folks renting the Granby room, and there is plenty of privacy at night because the owners live upstairs and the other hall door to the Connecticut room stays closed. Bottom line: the bed and pillows were comfortable, we had plenty of towels, the shower had good water pressure, and there is a lovely sitting room that we were able to use. We enjoyed sitting on the park bench outside watching the birds in the morning. The location is good because it is in the country, yet only 5 miles from a CVS, small grocery store, and restaurants.

Wayne and Kim were very accommodating and very personable to talk to. The breakfast was yummy (especially the Cabot Greek yogurt), and the house is quaint and quiet. I would come back again and easily recommend this bed and breakfast to friends and family.

Comfortable, attractive, quiet suite, great whirlpool tub. Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency (nothing related to our stay), and Wayne and Kim couldn't have been more helpful. We plan to return for another stay, minus the drama!!

Wayne and Kim were wonderful hosts! We arrived by bicycle, and Wayne was kind enough to store our bikes in the garage overnight. The room was great, and breakfast was delicious!

Wonderful BnB experience! Wonderful!! Lovely decor, the owners are very gracious, great food and service! Would definitely like to stay again and recommend to anyone staying in the area.
