The room was reasonably clean, but no amenities were provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, etc.). Free drinking water was not available in the lobby either. Free airport shuttle service was offered.

中國人不騙中國人，這是我出差訂過最差的酒店。首先是被2024年open給騙了，當地人都知道這原本就是非常老的酒店，衹是Double Tree冠名，開業並沒有翻新。原本以為至少Hilton旗下，品控管理還行吧，結果洗手池是堵的，毛巾是臟的，我都一一跟前台投訴了，結果連一句“sorry”都沒有！住完一晚我實在忍受不了果斷要換酒店，但因為我透過攜程預訂了4晚，酒店不肯讓我退，説退就損失房費。我打給攜程投訴，此處確實給攜程好評，確實給了很高效的解決方案！後來美國朋友給我訂了隔壁的Hilton Garden In，好很多！價格是差不多的，甚至因為Gold member比Double Tree便宜。總之，不要定這間！！！
