Having read some (quite old) reviews I was a bit pensive about how it would be, with 80 teenagers (skool trip). The hotel was ideal. Someone called it a 'hostel'. It's far better than that - stick with hotel. OK the kids had 5 to a room but they loved it. No problems with water, reception etc etc. Food was exceptional - not too much or little, sensibly prepatred. Careful comments on wastefulness without being OTT. Location great (bus outside, and if you fancy a train ride the staion is very close, opposite road. You could easily miss it. Skiing was excellent (20 min bus ride for us). Hotel facilities included kit/drying room, sports hall and play areas, climbing and ropes area + outside stuff. Well done Jufa

We are a group of 4 families who spent 5 nights in Jufa Montafon. Aware that is a hostel and not a hotel, the place is decent , with acceptable rooms, good beds, rich breakfast. Food choice at dinner was quite poor. Nice big playing area for the children, indeed not well ventilated but the children enjoyed it a lot. Really bad was the service and the rudeness of the staff. We were asked to leave the table at 8 pm because the restaurant was closing, when other clients were still sitting without any pressure. The woman at the reception was answering always annoyed to any of our request and to our children. When I showed some concerns about the yellow water coming out in the sink and in the shower (picture attached), explaining that I was worried about cooking with that water ( I guess justifiable doubt) , she was laughing at me and repeating annoyed that it was fine and i didn’t have to worry (without any reasonable explanation); she even turned her back and went away while I was still there. Besides the classification of a hotel, kindness and helpfulness of the staff should be a must. We’ll never come back in this place.

I regret to say that my recent stay at your hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the welcome was anything but warm. The receptionist (Jasmine) was rude and seemed bothered by our presence or by the fact that the conversation wasn't in the local language. Disorganized check-in process; we were not given any basic information. Poor room cleaning service. We had a problem with yellow water from the taps and the disinterest in giving plausible explanations was evident and irritating. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

Wir haben zu 3 ein grosse Zimmer bekommen. Wäre eigendlich für 5 Personenn gewesen. Zimmer war sehr sauber . Reinigung auf Wunsch. Fander wir eine super Idee. Es muss ja nicht jeden Tag alles geputzt werden. Spielanlage für Kinder sehr gut. Unsere 9 Jährige fands auch noch super. Schade das alles extra kostet. Zb Billiard, Tischfussball etc. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schnelles Check in. Bei der Küche ist leider Luft nach oben. Bin gelente Köchin und habe lange in der Gemeinschaftsgastro gearbeietet. Klar kein 4 Sterne Haus aber es fehlte einfach oft das bisschen Liebe, wie wir so schön sagen. Z.b. Suppe nicht genug gemixt, zt sehr wenig Gewürze am Essen, ein bisschen Butter schadet dem Gemüse nicht. Auch mit kleinem Budget kann man gut und fein kochen. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Nur das Birchermüesli war leider sehr schlecht. Das war kein Birchermüesli, nur Flocken mit irgend einer Flüssigkeit eingelegt. Ohne Joghurt ohne Früchte. Schaade. Joghurt in Weckgläser abgefüllt und auf über 1 Woche datiert. Besser Portionen kaufen und öfter auffüllen. Leider hatten wir ein wenig Wetterpech, konnten aber gut im Hotel verweilen.

Super Hotel, tolle Beschäftigungsangebot für die Kids! Wir hatten ein Appartement mit zwei Zimmer im Nebengebäude! Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker. Das Personal war zuvorkommen und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Immer wieder schön im JUFA Montafon, genau das passende Hotel für ei n paar sportliche Tage auf der Piste. Die Family&Friends-Zimmer sind praktisch und genau richtig für Familien. Das Essen ist gut und der Indoor-Spielplatz perfekt, wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Auch die Lage und Anbindung ist sehr gut.
