My room in this hotel was basic, but very clean and spacious and served my needs. As expected, no kettle or mini fridge. Staff were helpful and friendly.
There is nothing much around the hotel, except mostly industry and is far from the nearest Métro station, Hoche. However, there is a bus stop just opposite the hotel so it is easy to take the 151 bus. There are also night buses that go directly to and from Paris throughout the night.
Overall, I would say this hotel is ideal for a few nights if you want to spend less than you would for a hotel in the centre of Paris.

Room was basic and comfortable. There was an initial problem with check-in because they couldn't not find our booking (4 rooms).. Not the most glamorous of locations but if it's just somewhere you are looking to get your head down and plan to spend most of the day out in Paris then this is fine, if you want more than that, then I wouldn't stay here. It was fine for us as we were there for the Champions League Final so it was ok. I wouldn't stay there with my family though.
One thing I would say, the bins in and outside of the car park need to be emptied on a regular basis, there is a massive rat infestation and you can see them all over the place running around in the bins not something you want to see and could be easily fixed by emptying the bins.. Just to note, the problem is outside, no issues inside the hotel.
There is no AC in the rooms, just a fan so expect to feel warm.

sad rooms, questionable cleanliness (marks on the toilet door) lack of maintenance (the lamps do not work) wifi does not work, it smells of cigarettes in the room (burn marks in the sink) no restaurant nearby ( on foot) positive points; correct breakfast, private car park closed by a code gate

Very good reception by telephone and at the counter by the weekend employee. Free closed and guarded parking is a significant plus. The rest is commensurate with the price, that is to say "cheap" the room is clean, the hotel is relatively quiet but the cramped bathrooms, the rationed and thin bath towels a very basic comfort, an environment unattractive. It is a place of passage and not of stay.

Being a coach driver and in need of rest, it is impossible to be peaceful in this hotel. Too much outside noise and customers who have no respect for others without disturbing the management of the hotel.

Hotel vetuste propreté laisse à desirer la chambre sentait mauvais. Aucun rangement possible pas d armoire pas de tablette ou meuble dans la salle de bain enfin si on peut appeler ça une salle de bain. Petit déjeuner très limité
