We checked out early after three windows on our car were damaged our first night when someone tried to break into the car overnight. Although there are signs in the parking lot that it is mointored with video cameras, it turns out that only applies to the area right in front of the hotel where there is very limited parking. We were told (after the fact) that the area where we parked had no video coverage. None of the few spaces which do have video coverage were actually open when we checked in. We later learned that the area around the hotel is apparently not a safe area, and the hotel apparently does not have adequate security. The hotel manager said he would submit a claim for the damage to our car, but after chasing after the person who was suppsed to he handling the claim, the first time we spoke with that person, he told me the claim was denied and the hotel had done nothing wrong, even though I discussed the inadequate security. The hotel is also located right next to a busy train track and I was woken up at about 3:00 am when a train passed by. The vibration from the nearby train was so extreme that my entire bed was shaking. The hotel rooms are also very dingy, dated and small, We booked a room with a pull out sofa for our son to sleep in, and when we pulled the sleeper out, the bed actually blocked the ability to walk through from the area where the other beds were through to the door of the room. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

I stay here all the time when I come to visit my girlfriend. The staff are very friendly, rooms are always well kept and clean and my last visit I arrived earlier than my checkin time but the Lady at the front desk Rosa was extremely helpful with finding me a room ! I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family staying in the area

When I came to the class, because I lived for more than the preferential price given to the class, I decided to stay in Ctrip for one night. It seems that it is not expensive. The room is super large, it is a suite, there is a refrigerator microwave, sofa. The front is the swimming pool and the rear window is the parking lot. The scenery is beautiful. Definitely suitable for vacation and leisure. I want to rent a car, because it is surrounded by hotels and roads, so I stayed at the hotel to prepare the course. Everywhere is the elderly to come on holiday, the fish restaurant TARCO in the hotel restaurant is very delicious, I can't finish the hot microwave oven in the evening. It is also very quiet around, in short, it is a good place to rest. However, the hotel did not have a shuttle service to Fort Lauderdale Airport and had to take a taxi. When I came, I was about $58, and I had to add a tip.

A typical 3 star. Still carpet in the rooms. Swimming pool very clean. Breakfast ok but long stay gets boring, nothing changes from one day to the next. Well located, next to a mega cinema and an amusement park. There is no room service but housekeeping is good, done every two days.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. They took the time to leave me a note to welcome me but did not take the time to make sure the room was clean. I found a dirty sock by the bed. My poor disabled Mom was so upset. I am a Hilton employee. Makes us all look bad. The breakfast attendant was not. The maintenance man got me a muffin. I tipped him. The property seemed ok. Only 1 elevator worked so the wait was20 minutes to come and go on the 2nd floor. A whole family got off so we could get on. They took the stairs. They have a beautiful water scene in the lobby. Maybe they should sell it to have enough money to fix the other elevator. Plus equiste gym equipment. If they sold some of them to help with cost of the elevator. I think people would be ok with clean rooms and a working elevator instead of high priced extra items. I know my disabled family would.

The rooms were priced perfectly. The staff was pleasant to talk to especially Raymond. Please remember to speak w/ him when you arrive, and the views were amazing. The only words that come to mind are ”BEST HOTEL EVER”. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, ”I'll be back”.
