Rooms are beautiful, bathrooms are excellent, staff is outstandingly helpful, friendly, and responsiv, and the kitchen outstanding. This hotel is a gem in Curitiba.

The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options.
The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive.

Ficamos hospedadas do dia 06 a 07/04, escolhi o Suryaa para fazer um pedido de casamento e a escolha não poderia ter sido melhor! O hotel é fantástico, arquitetura icônica, decoração fabulosa, café da manhã maravilhoso, o enxoval e os amenities são excelentes e o atendimento então nem se fala! Desde o momento do check in até o check out foi tudo perfeito, é um lugar que vai ficar marcado para sempre em nossa memória. Gostaria de deixar meu agradecimento, elogio e parabéns à todos da equipe, principalmente Levi, Peter, o mensageiro que nos ajudou com a bagagem no check in o qual não consegui pegar o nome, e também à Sabrina que entrou em contato comigo previamente para cuidar dos detalhes da decoração e deixou o quarto simplesmente maravilhoso! Obrigada à todos e parabéns pela excelência!

Me hospedei no hotel para comemorar meu aniversário de casamento. O hotel, de fato, é muito bonito e os quartos são confortáveis e bem decorados. No entanto, tivemos uma experiência frustrante que comprometeu a estadia. Ao tentarmos tomar banho, fomos surpreendidos pela água do chuveiro, que não esquentava o suficiente para proporcionar um banho agradável. Além disso, a banheira do quarto ficou inutilizável pelo mesmo motivo — a água simplesmente não aquecia. Liguei para a recepção para relatar o problema, mas como já era tarde da noite, fui informado de que nada poderia ser feito naquele momento. Resumo: tivemos que tomar um banho rápido com água no máximo morna, quase fria. Para um hotel dessa categoria, e pelo valor cobrado na diária, foi uma grande decepção. No momento do check-out, relatei novamente o ocorrido, e a única compensação oferecida foi um desconto de 10% — o que considero insuficiente diante do desconforto que enfrentamos. Outro ponto negativo foi a acústica do quarto: o isolamento sonoro é ruim, e era possível ouvir barulhos dos quartos vizinhos, o que compromete ainda mais a experiência de descanso. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. Não pretendo retornar.
