I booked this hotel as it seemed the only one in the town. I had no expectation and was pleasantly surprised. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Attached restaurant offered a lovely dinner and also friendly staff. You can book spa treatments (didn’t use them myself), got a sauna and a 24h gym. Coffee and tee free of charge all day in the lobby. Small room (I had a single room), but comfy bed, so I had a good night sleep! Not to forget to mention, a fantastic breakfast!!!

I had a Business Trip to Borken and stayed the second Time in the Stadthotel Borken. While the Sigle Bedroom was a bit too small for me the Hotel Team immediately provided me directly with another room. The Breakfast is amazing. You have a wide selection of everything so that you'll find something all the time. They have also a Fitness Area and Sauna, but I never used it until now - maybe next time. For the future it would be nice if they would install destination Chargers and improve the wifi. Special Thanks for the awesome Service to Ms Brunsmann. She is all the time extremely friendly and service oriented and really takes care that you feel welcome and home.

Schöne Auszeit: Wellness, leckeres Frühstück & freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und kümmern sich direkt wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Toller Saunabereich. Einzige was nicht toll war, lag an anderen Gästen die der Meinung waren das man im Saunabereich Smartphones nutzen müsse, einfach Respektlose Menschen. Aber aufgrund meiner Beschwerde beim Personal wurde hier auf direktem Wege reagiert. Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach Klasse.

Top Hotel und Frühstück der Extraklasse und super sympathischem Personal. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht groß, aber gut ausgestattet. Kleines Fitneßstudio mit Sauna ist auch absolut super für kurze Aufenthalte und das Frühstück ist de luxe = vielfältig und schmackhaft. Dafür lohnt es sich, früher aufzustehen.

Wir haben das Premium Zimmer zur Übernachtung nach einer Hochzeit gebucht. Für Late Check Out haben wir bis 13 Uhr ( normal 11 Uhr) 30,- extra bezahlt. Um 11.10 wurden wir von der Reinigungskraft mit den Worten : " Sie wissen dass um 11 Uhr Abreise ist" geweckt. NoGo! Bei Duschen gab es nur lauwarmes Wasser. Pumpe defekt. Traurig, aber kann passieren. Bei einem Premium Zimmer mit Terrasse erwarte ich dass diese sauber ist und nicht durch Grünspan Rutschgefahr besteht. Ja, wir haben als Kompensation eine Flasche Sekt bekommen aber für das Geld (184,-) erwarte ich mehr. Schade

Hotel ist sehr schön zentral gelegen und man kann vieles zu Fuß erledigen. Das Hotel als solches ist sehr schön, leider baut man an, so dass alle Doppelzimmer mit Aussicht auf die Baustelle sind und die Leute dort teilweise bis 19 Uhr arbeiten. Auf der Hotel Webseite wurden diese Baumaßnahmen leider nicht erwähnt. Beim Frühstück war wie schon oft sehr beschrieben die Auswahl zwar sehr groß, aber das Personal doch etwas überfordert.

Das Comfort Zimmer finde ich sehr einfach eingerichtet! Die Dusche in der Badewanne zum reinklettern nicht zeitgemäß ! Der Empfang freundlich. Leider war die Sauna wegen Wasserschaden nur auf Anmeldung in Betrieb! Der Fühstücksraum sieht sehr schön aus… die Backwaren zB. Brötchen einfach… Brot naja….ansonsten viel Auswahl.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Hatten für ein Kurztrip am Wochenende die richtige Größe. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine ausgiebige und reichhaltige Auswahl an den verschiedensten Dingen, wie Müsli, Eierspeisen, Marmelade, Brote etc. Sehr lecker und wir würden das Hotel erneut buchen, wenn wir dort wieder Mal einen Kurztrip hin machen würden. Übrigens vor der Tür stehen einige Kostenlose Parkplätze und zwei E-Säule zur Verfügung, wobei die E-Säulen natürlich bezahlt werden müssen, per App oder Karte. Wir hatten über Kurzurlaub.de ein Gutschein entweder für eine 60-minutige Massage bzw. Gesichtbehandlung. Und wir hatten waren mit unserer Auswahl sehr zufrieden. Die Behandlung durch Fr. Litwin war sehr zuvorkommend und wir würden dieses erneut buchen. Die Praxis ist im Kellergeschoss des Hotels.
