St Tudy Inn

"A lovely welcome as we were greeted at the Bar by Tommy and shown to our room. We went back to the bar and had a drink. The bar offers a good selection of beer lager and wines. The room was clean and tidy and was great for a short stay. The bed was a double with a mattress that was a little soft for us, however that is because we do have a very firm mattress at home The staff were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately due to our stay being on Sunday and Monday we could take advantage of the restaurant as it was closed for these two evenings but the menu looked very nice. We paid for the breakfast for two mornings at £15 per head per day and it was very good. Yoghurt, fruit, warm croissants and cereals were on the table on arrival and then we were offered a choice of cooked breakfast, either a full english, bacon or sausage sandwiches and Scrambled egg with smoked salmon. We had an issue one morning however this was sorted out to our satisfaction.  We would definitely recommend St Tudy Inn for a short stopover."

"We stayed for one night but wished we had booked two. The staff were very polite and friendly, the room was spotless with complimentary drinks, and the breakfast was excellent. A really special place!"

Westberry Hotel

"The economy twin room is too small, and it's too crowded for two people to sleep. I was always trying to prevent myself from falling off the bed, so I didn't sleep well. The room is too small to fit two 24-inch suitcases. The garage entrance is too small, and the RAV4 must put away the rearview mirror to drive in. Other than that, the family-style hotel is very cozy, the English dinner is great, and the desserts are also delicious."

"Friends say it's a country hotel with polite staff. The room was small, with no cleaning supplies, and only two very small sachets of shampoo, which would be insufficient for someone with long hair. A hairdryer was provided. The shower pressure was very poor. The paid dinner wasn't great, but acceptable. The English breakfast was acceptable."

No matter what the weather your made to feel welcomed and you will have a good night sleep for your duration. Local amenities are really close and beaches are breathtaking. I will be going back again and top stars always for Bodmin premier inn. Bodmin left myself and daughter with good memories 👍🌹❤️"
