The check-in was simple, credit card payment at the reception, ID cards were checked, room antenna was delivered. Rooms so clean and clean, only in the bathroom, the cleanness was not so surprising, as the vomiting was on the hair dryer and the calc traces were detected on the washing basin and on the shower. Checkout very easy, room cards issue, ready.

It is nice to come to the Smart hotel in Bodø, clean and tidy. Well located for travelers with Hurtigruta and other ferries that come and go to and from Bodø. 3 minutes to walk to the train station. Great rooms, there are different sizes in the rooms. I stayed in 714, which is a large room with a good view of the harbor etc. They have good beds in the rooms.

This hotel is direct in centre of Bodo. Close to ferry to Lofoten, and bus station. It's really clean and new. Rooms are really comfortable. The breakfast is really, really good- it has everything you could want! And caters for vegetarian/ vegan/ glutenfree/ lactose free- really all! It's a cash free hotel. I really recommend.

Fantastic restaurant. After a massively long train journey I needed to relax and pamper myself. The top floor restaurant was just the place. Luckily I got there early and they found me a table straight away, any later and I would have had to wait. Friendly attentive service and excellent food. Amazing views. Comfortable bed and clean room. What more do you need? Well tea/coffee making facilities would be nice.

The service is not bad. Sending an email asking the parking space is a good answer. Going to the transit hotel before Lofoten, so there is no need for other, bodo is so a little bit bigger, driving is very close, so the location is fine. The facilities are common in Norway. The price is OK. My own skin is more sensitive. The only thing I remember is that the bed is so sturdy...

The hotel room was clean and pretty. One of the receptionist was very friendly and helped me plan some of my norway trip. He lives in Bodo and had traveled all over norway himself so He knew lots of helpful tips. definitely getting bang for your money here

The hotel is completely renovated, high-end, 4 stars...but, at the reception and in the room, it is really not that! We have booked a top room. At the entrance to the room, bad surprise: it is glacial!! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, but it is very good to get a good time. Reply: There is a radiator behind the corner, increase its setting !! The radiator in question is actually unconnected ! I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early morning flight the next day. Although the web description mentioned waffles in the afternoon and an evening meal, the waffles machine was allegedly broken and the evening meal consisted of soup only. The room was dark, without ceiling light, and a constant noise of the air conditioner that could not be turned off. When I went to the reception to check out the next morning, no one was there. I had to wait until a cleaner appeared and called the reception staff from somewhere in the back. The take-away breakfast I had requested since I had to leave early consisted of a sandwich only -- but I was charged for the full buffet breakfast.
