I spended 3 night inside of the Laden Hotel Bodrum, I can't say any problems with the service. Everyone was really helpfully and kind. The rooms showing the life reality like in the pictures on the websites. The rooms (standard and deluxe) was really really really so much of clean and comfortable. The air conditioner moved very well, the landscape was incredible! The location so much of closer to everything, even the bus station maximum 5 minute with walk, with that you can travel an other citys or you can achieve the airport, even the biggest shop (Migroş) maximum 5 minute with walk, everything so closer and you can travel easier the famous places, or restaurant, coffee places, you can rent moped or as you just wishing. I will bring with myself a really good memories, I am sure it won't be the last time that I spended to here. Çokçokçokçok teşekkürler Laden Hotel.

We had a very bad experience staying with these thieves, we booked this hotel via *********** (month 5/2022), at this stage we asked to debit our card but the hotel confirmed that we could pay at our arrival, The day of our arrival, they tried to charge our card, so we asked via message that we will pay by cash once at the hotel since we were already at Bodrum airport. As planned we checked in by paying by cash, and we settled in the room was very poor nothing comparing with the photos posted on booking, but we decided to stay there given the good location (Bodrum center ) everything was fine we spend a very nice evening at the bodrum center, and we was very happy. The next morning we were surprised by the cancellation of our reservation by the host on ***********, because of the credit card when we had paid the entire stay on our arrival, this will mean that we are no more protected by the platform, since we have already gone to the beach, we sent a message to find out the reasons for this cancellation, but we did not receive any answer, after our return to the hotel after a day in the beach, we asked for explanations, the manager told us what was the point of keeping the reservation on *********** when you were already accommodated? We were really worried and frustrated because of this behavior unworthy of the host, so we went back to the room and we directly checked our belongings and the big surprise, they stole 400 euros of the amount of money we had, and actually our stay in this hostel became very dangerous, we went down to see the manager directly, who ignored us telling us that the hotel is running by the whole family (hotel staff) and if you want to go to the police you can do it , We contacted the police directly who came after about fifteen minutes. At first we encountered communication difficulties since he spoke only one language, Turkish, but the police were very kind and they tried to help us by communicating via google translate, the manager of the hotel was very furious and wanted to kick us out at 11 p.m. in a city full of people and where the availability of hotels was really rare, without reimbursing us for the two remaining nights, but thanks to the police we were able to be reimbursed and they found us a hotel not far away, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts, The police explained to us that they could not do anything as there was no violation. We complained to *********** about this incident and our surprise was that the manager confirmed to *********** that we never came to the hotel, but thank god we had messages exchanged as well as the photos taken in the establishment we had our evidence. We booked from the 15th-22nd Sept. 2023 for 2 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel at around 01:00 (16th Sept) our room is not ready and the hotel reception sent us to another hotel. The next day we were told to go back to our original hotel by 2. When we get at Asmin Hotel our room is not ready yet. I was really upset and angry because we are wasting our time waiting to check in instead of enjoying our day going around bodrum. We checked in almost 3 pm but only 1 room is available that time. This hotel is a mess based on our experienced. Customer service failed to accomodate us on the day we arrived. In fact we paid from the 15th of Sept but the room is not available on the early hours of 16th. Another bad experienced on our last day 22nd of Sept we went to a turkish bath/massage. My son left his bag with a big amount of money because he said its more safe than to bring with him in the massage place. He left his bag on top of the table knowing no one will come in because we did not put the sign to clean our room. When we got back at around 17:00 my son was preparing his things ready for tonight's flight. When he counted his money £260 was missing about 9,000 Lira. We kept on counting 5 times to double check but still the £260 is missing. We went to the reception and told them what had happened. The responced from them was very dissapointing. He told us why we did not put the money in a safety box. They even said that cleaner was working with them for so many years and this is the first time it happened. I told the manager that we are not going to complaint if there is nothing missing. Someone steal my son's money and only the cleaner have an access to our room. Another guest confirmed to me that the cleaner came in and out of our son's room which the money is missing. Another thing, when we got back my son found out that the door in their room is unlocked. The cleaner left the door unlocked. My son asked the manager to check the cctv and we can see that the cleaner went to our room. We been travelling to many countries but this is the first time we were robbed in our hotel room. We are confident that we are safe while staying in Asmin Hotel but its not what we are expecting. Instead of the manager to give us assurance to invistigate the case, she even told us that the cleaner is not stealing the money. How did she know? Of course whoever steal my son's money will not admit because in the first place there is no camera inside our room. My son was very upset because that money is from his hardwork. He called the tourist hotline and they sent 2 police officer around 19:00 hours. Luckily when the police arrived I was with the phone talking to my friend who speaks turkish. She became our translator as the police officer cannot speak english well. The result, the police is defending the hotel. The staff really work hard to keep the place up to the standards. Special thanks for Baris who responded to all my queries and also to Sugar and George for taking care of all their clients. They were helpful with everything I needed. All the staff deserve a big thank you and a special applause. without the staff, the place could not be the same! The room is really clean and you cannot get a better location! It is near to all the main landmarks in Bodrum. The food is fresh and tasty. The beach area is comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The water is clean for nice refreshing swims. The drinks they serve are fresh and tasty. Thank you again for the beautiful holiday, and definitely I would love to be back soon.. very soon. Perhaps the rates could be a little more competitive. I would like to mention that the place does not have an elevator. it might be be a bit of a problem for some, though the stairs are comfortable and not steep at all. The staff were helpful with the luggage during the check in and the check out. Thank you again, you made my trip to Bodrum interesting, relaxing and I left with nice and warm feelings hoping to be back soon.

We don't know how to tell you, where to start. We didn't feel like staying at the hotel for 11 days, but it was different from home. Turgay's brother and wife have helped everything during our stay. Ahmet was also very warm and interested. The hotel is in a very good location. The hotel is very close to the marina and the motorway walking distance. Also, although it is center, it is very quiet and noisy. The environment is the most beautiful places you can enjoy very beautifully, the balcony and the pool. The rooms are very clean and regularly already helping to clean. Everything is like it appears in the photos, even more. And if you want to stay apart from the crowd in this period, I suggest you write this first of your choices. Even we are already looking forward to coming back.

Perched on a steep hil in the quiter part of town, lovely sea views and a nice pool with friendly service. Bodrum is premium priced for Turkey but this hotel offers good value. The price to be paid for the view is a steep climb if you have no transport. The one drawback is the very small parking lot and 25 or so degree driveway. You must leave your keys at front desk in case car must be moved. Ours never was moved but I confess I did worry about it a bit. Breakfast was better than at more costly places we've stayed at in Turkey.
