The hotel is very secured and clean and comfortqble. Nice free shuulttle!!

An OK hotel for a night either waiting for an early morning flight or in transit. The half-houly shuttle was good (top and bottom of the hour) and breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were way too large and the bed was a bit saggy.

Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer. Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges. Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you. Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality. Wifi was also poor. Gym is dire. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

Had a nice stay here. Safe, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was delicious !! However they should provide hair dryers as this was not available during my stay.

Great location close to the airport, there is free transportation from and to the airport and also to some close shopping malls. The service is very good

Hotel gave me an unclean room! The beds were not set, the used towels and cap from previous guests were on the room! So incredible! Once I complained I was changed for another room the farthest from the elevator! Hotel said because I arrived late, 11am, then not closer rooms! If you arrive earlier you tent to have more energy than those who check in late night therefore makes more sense to keep the closer rooms for those who arrive late... Make sense? The water for washing hands never worked, after washing, with 10C in city I felt freezing! Honestly, considering I traveled almost every 2 weeks for years, it's the worst place I've ever stayed.

Great place to stay near the airport. Breakfast was varied and delicious! The staff was very kind and helpful. Third time I go. And there will be more!

Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for "mis tarjetas, por favor." He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, "Esos son importantes." He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, "No es importante." Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.
