Our stay at Panglao Homes Resort and Villas was very enjoyable. The location is relatively convenient, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy centre of Alona Beach. You can easily walk to Alona Beach (more than 1km away). The staff was very helpful, calling around to find a doctor when I had an allergic reaction. We rented a scooter from Panglao Homes which was very convenient to get around Panglao and Bohol Island. You should ask staff to book a boat trip for you, as we paid more for a very crowded and frustrating boat trip from locals at Alona Beach (tourist trap alert!). Staff can help you to get a private boat tour for cheaper. Most afternoons and evenings, we had the swimming pool to ourselves. Our room was simple, but had all the necessary things. Wifi was not great and we struggled to find the correct setting for the hot water in the shower. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Panglao Homes Resort and Villas and will come again!

On the first day we checked in, we were told that the room was not ready. We were temporarily changed from a family room to two rooms. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was still broken. The next day, the two rooms were given to Koreans without any notice and they forcibly replaced us. I moved my belongings and luggage into a family room to confuse people. I heard that their clean room is the change room. Are you bullying us because we don’t understand English? In addition, there is no signal in the room. It takes three steps outside to ask for their wireless password. Everyone can enter it. There is no network for three days in a row, but all the waiters are connected to the wireless. You can't live in this place. You can experience it for yourself. Ctrip Platinum is the first in many years. negative reviews

I had to visit several hotels, this. Was the best, the staff is wonderful, the location is good, everything is nearby by tuk tuk (there is no point in looking for a hotel on Alona beach, the beach is terribly crowded...)
The area is well maintained and the pool is clean!👌 I definitely recommend it!

The property is nice except that we have killed 4 big cockroaches everyday in the room for 2 nights. The tv in the room is not Working. I do not think that I can recommend this property to friends.
