Usually a great place to stay! But, road noise was unusually loud! Coffee machines e wasn’t working! The staff was excellent.

I checked in and my room was 80 degrees. You can't set the thermostat to a temp, you have to choose heat or cool so you have to switch it between day and night time. The AC is super loud so every time it kicked on it woke me up. The view out the window was of an office building 100 feet away. Parking will add another $15 per night (not disclosed). The restaurant closes at 11:00 and doesn't open again until 5:00 and there aren't any restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Overall I would not stay here again. There are much better options for the price.

It was clean and easy to get to. We did have to pay extra for parking, but it was a nice safe parking garage out of the weather. The staff was helpful. It was a good place to stay in downtown.

Low on room supplies. Ran out of shampoo and body wash. No clean towels at the pool Sunday morning. Restaurant staff seemed under trained.

Tv didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed so that was frustrating. Sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. But no major complaints.
