This was the worst camping I have ever been (after being in more than 50 in Europe). People at the reception are not kind, and they asked me to give for your ID card or passport until I go, which is illegal, according to the European Union laws. As I rejected that idea, they obligated me to pay before entering the camping. After that, the two girls at the reception were criticizing me, but as I know Italian I understood them and I argued with them. Regarding the camping, the sanitary block was deficient. They were old, unmaintained, and most of them, broken. From 5 showers, only 2 were available. There was a terrible smell in the WC. The chemical WC was inside the toilettes, without a separate door, and they were unmaintained, with problems as seen in the photo. It was terrible to go to the toilettes. You must pay additional 5 € per person and day for the swimming pool, which was a simple vase. You all are alerted. Do not go to this camping, even if it is cheap. It was the worst experience in a camping I have ever had.

We paid 460€ almost for 3 nights! So expensive. Due to health reasons we couldn’t finally make it. We asked if they can return us a small amount of what we have paid at least, they refused! They didn’t even offer to accommodate us free if we go at some point again. Not acceptable!!! I understand it’s a hotel and it might have a non refundable policy but I am a Guest Relations Manager in a hotel too. I never treat my clients like that…

We were at the end of a Tuscany train tour and this was just the relaxation and peace that we needed. Small but adequate cabin with shower room. Good aircon. You have to pay 5 euros to use the pool but it has long opening hours and the sun loungers are comfortable not those horrible plastic ones and umbrellas are included, the pool so clean and a attendant at all times, so all in all I thought this was good value. The restaurant/bar had decent opening times. Food was good, we had a wonderful beef steak that we really were not expecting. Pizza's excellent too, I watched the pizza chef making all the dough, so very home made and fresh. The chips/fries were delicious, not your normal frozen type and all dishes at reasonable prices. Try the wine by the litre, very good quality. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Have only good things to say about the place and would definitely stay there again.

Definitely one to avoid. The toilets and showers are very poorly maintained. This morning only two of the five mens' showers were working at all and they were stone cold. There was incredibly loud dance music playing on both nights until past 1am, making sleep pretty much impossible. The check out staff were completely uninterested. This place is absurdly over priced for very poor facilities

The Ryan Air of camp sites. Paying 5€ per head per day for the use of the pool was not a good start. I’m glad we didn’t bring our 4 kids. The shuttle bus to Bologna was ok but we were not given tickets for the return journey and were told to get them at ‘any’ tobacco shop. I think it was because they were running out at the camp site. Trying to find a tabaco shop that cared let alone give us tickets was difficult. Eventually, after visiting 5 shops and the tourist information (who had also run out) we managed to find a souvenir shop that sold them, although this spoilt the first few hours of our visit. The staff are generally unwelcoming. Although one man was genuinely lovely in the cafe (not the one that shouted at a mother and daughter for coming in wet from the pool). The facilities were generally ok when they worked. Quite a few had broken toilet seats or locks that didn’t work (although you didn’t know until someone walked in on you! 3 times!) The showers were lovely and hot with plenty of room.

They confiscate your passport upon entering and you can only get it back if you pay up front. When we had to leave earlier unexpected, it was not possible to get a refund. On all occasions they were unfriendly and clearly the customer was not the first priority. Colleagues even corrected each other as they were so unfriendly. Multiple showers were not working (at the men's 2/5), dirty and not worth the money you are paying. The connection to the city is terrible with a bus leaving only every two hours. The pool is supposed to be nice, but you need to pay extra every time to use it. Would not recommend to go unless you absolutely have to.

We stayed on a powered site with our motor home. The park warrants a score of three and a half stars, but falls short of four. The staff are very friendly and will provide you with the information you need to get to Bologna, plus a city map. We were also able to choose our own pitch. Most are a good size and provide shade, which was welcome as it was very warm when we were there. The amenities have been modernised and are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Plenty of hot water in the showers and good pressure. There is a pool but there is an additional cost if you wish to access it. There is a restaurant on site, but unfortunately, no supermarket or even the ability to get bread in the morning. We also missed internet connection, which has almost become an expectation nowadays. It is a good location to get to Bologna, (bus stop right at the campsite, departing every two hours), but there isn’t anything else in the area. Hence, it’s a short term destination for Bologna rather than a holiday park, and as we were on tour, it served our purpose very well.

We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid extra for the breakfast and weren’t satisfied with it. There was no staff handy to ask for restocking either.
