This is a good central location, easy to find thanks to the useful instructions you get via WhatsApp. Really close to piazza grande, the towers and Central Bologna attractions. The room was clean and ready to use. Good value for money and we will return. Ps. I was here with my son who’s got to sit his SAT at Bologna university which is 5’ away on foot too!

The door lock doesn’t work from the inside. I think the battery is empty beeing an electronic lock. There are ants in the bathroom. The second sofa is very noisy. Good but could be better with minimal effort. Good location. Close to Bologna center

The location is amazing and the room was very clean and modern. If you are someone who is very sensitive the noises, consider that the location is not very soundproofed and you might hear your neighbours or people from the street. However, during my stay people were not really noisy after 22:00 so it was not too big of a deal. I would absolutely come back!

Good room in the center of the city, easy entry to the location. Decent wifi. Very close to all of the attractions that bologna has to offer. Very good restaurant /Caffè on the first floor Has a terrace to smoke to any one that is relevant for. Overall very good option for the price

The location is awesome. The rooms were very nice and spacious. While it's a 4 star hotel, I'm giving them 5 stars for their hospitality. Serena was extraordinary with her advise and care for us. She welcomed us and showed us how to use our keys while we waited for it to be ready. She gave us an array of places for dinner, but recommended one particular place, which was amazing (La Montanara)! She was concerned we wouldn't have enough time to have breakfast on the day we checked out, so she left a baggie of breakfast to go for us in the fridge, which had orange juice, water, and oher things to eat. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Spent 3 nights in Room #1 over the New Year's holiday weekend. Pros: Great location near towers and walking distance to almost everything. Very secure and safe location. Room is small but OK for 2 people for a few days. Price was very affordable and the Acquaderni staff were very helpful and responsive. Overall a clean, safe good value property. Cons: Because it's located at the Bologna towers it can be quite noisy, even with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't suggest staying here. Also the Internet was a bit spotty but not a big issue for most.

Well located room and excellent communication on where and how to access which is comforting when you’re travelling alone. There is a shared common room and kitchen and does remind me of student halls with messages about no noise after 10pm but would recommend.

Staying at Acquaderni rooms was such a treat and a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic! The rooms are quiet and comfortable, you feel like you land in your own little heaven. The large skylight in the rooms looks out to one of the most famous landmarks in the Bologna, "Duo Torri." You are steps away from the beautiful Piazza Maggiore - see it at night!
