Хорошее место расположение отеля , в пешей доступности  озеро Байкал , вид из номера просто шедевральный , номер уютный , завтраки скромные , но вкусные . Рекомендую

Everything is terrible. Starting with the website. You arrive and the administration is in one place, the building downstairs (we got it), it's not a small walk in winter. The rooms - the sofa is all stained, the carpet on the floor needs to be changed a long time ago. But these are all minor details ... we checked in from December 29 to January 2. We also booked a table for 7 people for New Year's Eve in a restaurant with a program. So from December 29 to 31 we dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious. And we all went to the festive table in the evening of December 31 hoping to also have a delicious dinner (the cost was 8 thousand rubles per person), but everyone left hungry (not an exaggeration). There were two salads that were edible. One simply stank terribly (STINKED, not smelled), the second salad was dressed with what seemed like rotten mayonnaise. No one from our table finished even a piece that they put on their plates. But, we are optimists and thought that they will bring something tasty hot right now!!!!, but we were wrong. They brought a minuscule portion of fish and a chicken drumstick with potatoes (and this is on New Year's Eve and for 8 thousand rubles per person), but it was impossible to eat it either. As for alcohol... there are simply no words. We bought whiskey and cola from them at the bar, because they brought cheap champagne and wine. Our neighbors left two days earlier than planned. The numbers do not match the photos (although as the administration claims, this is their duplicate site, BUT HOW CAN THERE BE A DUPLICATE SITE located at the same address and having many of the same photos?? Then deal with the duplicate site and let them delete it, BUT THE PHOTOS ON INSTAGRAM ARE THE SAME. Therefore, the version of the duplicate site is so-so ... On January 1, breakfast also deteriorated sharply (I remember the regular store-bought waffles and chocolate cookies) except for porridge and pancakes there was nothing to have for breakfast. The parking lot was not cleaned. Bottom line: the first and last time we were in this establishment. (This is my first such negative review, I have never seen anything like this anywhere).
