I only had a strange call for 13 seconds at about 10:30 that night. Where to find customer service communication again, I was still rejected. Since this loss has been eaten, I have made the following suggestions for the hotel and Qunar: 1. On the day of the consumer order travel, Qunar should send a text message to remind you that there is such a itinerary on the same day; 2. When consumers are late to check in at the hotel, should the hotel call the consumer before 6 pm that day to ask if they still can't live in the store, instead of waiting until 10:30 in the evening, the guest may have already gone to bed before making this call, and when they can't get through, Can you send a text message notification to prompt; 3. When consumers make demands, I hope to deal with them with heart, not simply say ”the hotel does not agree” as such a big and old platform, should the consumer rights protection be more strength? In this matter, I did cause a total loss of 739 yuan for two rooms because of my negligence, but the consumption reminder and after-sales processing on the official website of Qunar also need to be improved. The only call on my mobile phone on the day of the hotel is a Guangzhou number. It is also inconsistent with the number registered by your store on Qunar.com, and there is only a ringing of 13 seconds. Is there a heart to inform consumers that I have not come to the store? This matter will be different.

I went to play during the summer vacation. The homestay is not far from Luofu Mountain. You can park at the door. The air here is particularly good. There is an elevator in the homestay. The room setting is reasonable. The projector is a bit problematic. The clerk can't see it. The clerk enthusiastically took the initiative to give the children fish nets and small buckets, and borrowed a stool for us to play in the stream. There is a swimming pool on the roof that is said to be spring water. We were still cloudy that day and the water was very cold. In general, the price/performance ratio is good.
