ADV HOME - Exclusive Rooms

The room was great, with a Dyson hairdryer, electric curtains, a rain shower, and unlimited snacks and juice. The owner was lovely. Andrea gave us advice on parking, helped us check in, and even helped carry our luggage after check-in time.

The host was very kind and enthusiastically introduced the room facilities. It was a studio apartment-style room with shared spaces, and they even provided delicious drinks and snacks, which was great. The only thing we didn't understand was that the room was listed as a four-person room on Ctrip, and we thought it would be a twin room. We found out it only had a single bed, but there was a sofa bed available for an extra fee. It was a bit of a walk from the station, and dragging our suitcases around was inconvenient. Luckily, the host provided a transportation card when we left, which allowed us to take a bus to the train station.

The hotel facilities are good, and the owner, Andrea, provides excellent service.

The apartment-style setting is a bit challenging to find, but parking indoors is safer. While breakfast isn't provided, there's plenty of coffee, drinks, and cookies available for you to help yourself. They also provide a 24-hour free bus and cable car pass, so if you need it, you can schedule a ride.

For some reason, the hotel I had booked was automatically canceled, leaving me at a loss as to what to do, but this hotel had a vacancy so I was able to stay there at short notice. In the end, it was great! The room had a unique design, but the snacks, water, and juice in the common areas were all free. I was also very happy that I could drink decaf coffee from the coffee server! The room was also high-tech, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. I highly recommend it!

Ottima posizione, ottimo servizio. Bella sorpresa il Trentino guest pass e gli snack in omaggio. Da tenere assolutamente in considerazione per il prossimo soggiorno a Bolzano.
