The hotel is very good. I was worried about the distance, but it turned out to be OK. I didn't take the bus, but walked there according to the navigation, which was an acceptable distance. The hotel is clean and hygienic. There is a supermarket and a fruit supermarket at the door. There are also many restaurants, all of which taste good. For bus card. Very nice, will come again next time.

We enjoyed our stay in Bolzano. However small details have to be considered: no fridge in the room, just very essential and minimal complementary toilet/bathroom soaps, not much fruit or jam at buffet, the "open" passage for getting into second building. Anyway good price and good accommodation. Staff very kind , but one girl was always serious and less friendly than others.

We stayed in an apartment here in 2019 and based upon the experience of this we re booked for our 2024 stay of 10 nights. Again we had a superb stay, the apartment was immaculate, quiet and very comfortable. It is also very secure. Our apartment had a good size balcony with clothes line which was very handy for our stay. The kitchen area had an oven cooktop, full size fridge and cutlery plates and cooking utensils. The location is ideal as well a supermarket is a short walk away, and also some smaller shops for milk bread and fruit very close by. The hotel does have a great restaurant and we dined here a couple of times for dinner well priced great food and excellent customer service. A bus top is in front of the apartment which enabled trips to another Town called Merano and the bus into Bolzano including a stop over the road from the Train station. Would highly recommend booking a stay in these apartments, there is parking on site and lift to access the apartments, noting the lift can offer access to apartment floors if you are staying there as you have a key to access the floors.

Place not in the centre but well served by transport, hotel nice, quiet, simple, but nothing exceptional. The huge problem is the blond lady at reception who always seems stressed, not welcoming, and not nice (the opposite of what you expect in a hotel that is not even cheap!). Every interaction is a disaster and it seems to do her a favour. The rest of the staff is not rude but rather cold. It all makes for an unpleasant stay.

If you follow my reviews, you know I’m almost always positive. I look for the good. Well, the hotel was clean. On a recent family trip, I took two rooms at this hotel. I needed to do some work while I was there but did not anticipate a problem. None of the other hotels on our trip posed a problem.The picture showed a nice little banquette in the room and I knew I could work off that table. Well, the picture must have been of some other hotel. The room we were given had none. In addition, I do sensitive work. To sign up for their wifi, I had to disconnect some of my protection (VPN). The hotel room was much smaller than the picture showed, no banquette (or room for it) and the lighting produced a dingy effect. We left within a few minutes and although our booking said we would owe 30% of the cost for one day, we were told we must pay 100% of the cost for one night. That wasn’t the deal. The rude desk clerk called the owner and repeated how the Americans were having a problem. We went to a similarly rated and priced hotel 10 minutes away, but it might as well have been another planet. Just lovely. Don’t believe the pictures, they're deceptive.

If you choose a double room you don't get a double duvet - you get two single 'cot blankets'. If you ask for a double duvet they shout at you - so best bring your own and keep quiet if you want a double duvet lol Interestingly they just entered the room - while the do not distrub was on - 2 people and a dog - said no to more towels and a double duvet - then proceeded to have chat in my room while I was in bed - absurd - then suggested I should leave the hotel when asking for a double duvet for my double room. If you want a crazy faulty towers experience - this could be the place for you - if you expect the basics: hit and miss (quite clean though)
