Really poor experience, not that cheap... Small room, old, not maintained, very small shower

It would be much better if a curtain be hanged to cover the shower box which is located inside the room. Some sort of privacy is needed.

The lady running Mirandesa Guesthouse got completely out of her mind and started to shout on the phone expressions like "you don't f**king know", "I don't f**king have to answer you now" and the like when I called regarding a reservation. What else can I say?

Have to walk out the room to reach your own bathroom, which is a little weird and inconvenient. Breakfast is average and basic.

The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable.
The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice.
I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.)

Compare with the price, it didn’t worth it.Bathroom was so small, you hit to the wall, bed was twin size for two people.

The guesthouse is very clean. It is in the center off all in the town. Near the Douro, the metro, the train station . You can discover Porto easily. You have all the supermarket or pastry all around the house. My room.is like a room in an hotel. You have elevator. It is easy to live and discover Porto from this hotel.
