酒店很新，乾淨衞生，就是熱水壺需要去和前台借，因為一個房間有另一個沒有，洗澡水有軟水處理，對頭髮很友好，丟了一些東西在房間，打掃衞生的小哥幫忙保留了，感謝，位置不算特別市中心，靠近火車站，總體推薦。

The hotel is new, clean and sanitary. You need to borrow a kettle from the front desk because one room has one and the other doesn't. The shower water is softened and very good for hair. I lost some things in the room and the cleaning guy helped me keep them. Thank you. The location is not very downtown, but close to the train station. Overall recommended.

Location: The hotel is located within walking distance from the Campanha Train station. However, if you are walking to the hotel please be noted that there is a uphill slope. 
Ambience: The hotel has a relaxing vibe with a nice outdoor verandah at the lobby. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with drink. 
Restaurant/Food: The food was amazing. Simple Portuguese food. The service was great too. 
Staff: Counter staff was helpful and approachable. 
Room: The room was  clean and spacious  with a view on the verandah. Basic amenities provided. 

Highly recommended if you prefer a relaxing accommodation. enjoyed my stay here

Really good for busy travelers, but if you like to enjoy some time at the hotel there's not much on offer besides a small gym. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is far from the touristic areas, but it is close to the metro if you want to explore the city by foot.

The facilities are new, the staff are friendly, the service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the dinner is also available and tastes good
