"The hotel was in a great location. I liked the style of the hotel, more modern than most German hotels. They had lots of parking, the room was good size and single bed was a double size so perfect for 1 person. Spa was only a sauna and no pool which would have been really nice but there are many spas in the region. The back towards the river was great and they have a restaurant but was closed both days I was there. I did not like the cleaners in the morning knocking 9 am, knocked again 10 am. Not ok when check out is 12 pm. I was sleeping and got no good rest. Staff was lovely and helpful at the reception. Overall great spot and close to the old town and center."

The hotel isn't worth a star. There's no 24-hour reception. You're woken up in the night by screaming and loud talking. Doors are slammed. I had no peace here."

It's just that you have to go up a few steps to the front desk, which is not very friendly to a small girl carrying a large suitcase, and the front desk staff will not help at all. The elevator buttons are also very unique. Everything else is very good. There is also a garden in the hotel."

"The smallTwice Hotel in Bonn has been very good overall: the rooms and the whole hotel are tastefully furnished, the atmosphere is great, the location in the middle of Bad Godesberg is top and breakfast offers a good and varied choice. However, there is a clear discount point for e-bike drivers: Although the hotel is certified ADFC, the bike room is only over three stairs and also quite costly to reach. E-bikes cannot be charged directly in the bike garage. The battery must be delivered to the staff and is loaded only until 21:00 at a separate pack. Overnight the loading process will not continue – even if the battery is not yet complete. The request to transfer the battery to another suitable stick was rejected for safety reasons. This was very annoying for us, as the next day a 95-km-Radtour came up and we were dependent on a completely loaded battery. Concluded: Great hotel with beautiful atmosphere and very good location – for e-bike travelers, however, there is a clear need for improvement in the topic of bike accommodation and loading."
