The Restaurant is great! The people who work the hotel side most are very helpful. Easy for English speakers to communicate. Can walk to the beach, shops, stores. We are very happy with our stay.

Use this hotel 3 times already.
But this time the room AC did not worked in two of the 3 rooms they gave me.
I attempted to stay more than 4 hours on the 2nd one but it was unbearable.
Rooms 403 & 404. Horrible.
But the staff was super professional and keept moving me until found a room that worked #405

The best hotel in PR, we were really impressed to find a hotel built like this it’s completely amazing, the outside pool with hot water we loved!, great service, the bartender made the best cóctel that we haven’t find in Puerto Rico until now, it’s here!! Thanks a lot highly recommended!

The only thing l didn't like was the choice of TV service. Somewhat complicated and any of the sports program l wanted to see required subscriptions! Monfay Night Football not available for free, come on!
Other yhan that, everything else was fine. Nice and attentive staff...very enthusiastic!

Pool area was great! Had amazing drinks at the bar our first night (LOVE the guajava!), the staff were all very friendly, dinner our second night at Boho Kitchen was delicious & my cappuccinos in the mornings were awesome! We’ll definitely be back!
