Baru Volcano National Park is about 14 mi from the hotel. Enrique Malek International Airport is 29 mi away.
Our pool is a lap pool - piscina de entrenamiento , needs reservation and is 40 minutes per person or per couple ( as is not a regular pool).
At the moment The property does Not offer dinner only Breakfast from 8am till 10am and lunch from 12md till 2pm. For Dinner there are a lot of different restaurants options in town which is very close to the hotel.
Reception and the use of the facilities open at 7am and closes at 10pm.
Our Spa services require previous reservation, we can accommodate clients without reservations but based on availability.

The Haven exceeded our expectations. Our room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. All of the staff where friendly, kind and professional. We both booked a massage, which I can honestly say was one of the best massages I have had , we felt so relaxed afterwards, and it also helped soothe our aching muscles from two days of hiking. The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on our terrace admiring the gardens and listening to all of the birds. Well located for Boquete with ample parking. Definitely recommend the Haven.

Very disappointed with their ability to adjust to client needs. I had a heart operation last week (angioplasty, stent), and so am not able to use the gym for exercise as usual. I asked to pause my membership (I had 3 weeks left on a two month membership) for a month while I recovered. The desk clerk told me I couldn’t pause it; i.e., I’d have to use them, or forfeit the three weeks. This is not a staff issue. The client-facing staff are very good. It’s one of customer service policy.

What an amazing stay at The Haven ! The property is simply wonderful , nested on a quiet hill not too far from town. Friendly and professional staff. Manicured grounds with a creek running through the property , outdoors jacuzzi , daily yoga lessons and healthy food. The fact that it is adults-only makes it even more special and exclusive. Strongly recommended. We will be back soon !

We never stayed at the hotel but we take yoga classes at the spa once or twice a week. The prices are quite reasonable and facilities are adequate. There are also exercise machines and a small indoor swimming pool. The grounds are beautifully maintained and offer many pleasant places to sit and relax or meditate.

The service, the ambience, the yoga and Tai Chi classes are all first rate. The ever-present sounds of water from the river nearby and all the birds put you in a trance. Blue morpho butterflies are not uncommon. The restaurant on site has the most unusual, exotic Japanese and other dishes and is extremely well-priced with 2 very attentive and capable chef. The Haven is truly just that

What a beautiful small boutique hotel, wonderfully located walking distance to the center of Boquete. Of course there is a wonderful parking lot if you did bring a car. And the incredibly helpful staff is always available to assist in getting one of the very low cost taxis to help get you around. The grounds are so very beautiful and exactly what you would hope for in a rainforest resort. We did not use the spa amenities but our friends did…..massage, facial and treatments….loved them all. Pool and yoga classes did not get used by us but only because we were here for too short a time and there was so much about the area we wanted to experience. There are many wonderful little seating areas around the property to enjoy the visuals of the hillsides around you. The dining was UNBELIEVABLY great. Food was amazing and the presentation was elegant. The staff was not only friendly but also fun and accommodating. There were 5 of us with different likes and timing……Alex and his team made us feel like we were long awaited return clients. The hotel staff was friendly, kind and very helpful as we all had different ideas of the experiences we wanted. The room was fantastic and well appointed as well, including a refrigerator incase you bring wonderful treats from town.

Very calm and peaceful. No kids allowed so no noise around 👍 Bathroom very big and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows Close to the town, which have many options of things to do and restaurants Daily refill of water, coffee and bathroom items

We just completed staying three days at the Haven. We have stayed in many wonderful places all over the world, but the Haven stands out as a wonderful, little slice of paradise. The staff is very friendly. They speak good English, and really go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. An added bonus is that they have a modern fitness center which you can use complementary. They also have a lap pool that you can reserve. Yoga classes are offered but I believe they are a bit extra. We did not take advantage of their spa treatments, but those were available as well. We enjoyed a daily continental breakfast included in our stay which consisted of eggs, toast, and a variety of fresh fruits. You can eat this on their patio which faces a beautiful backyard area with a running stream. I really think that the Haven offers a great value for the cost. I would highly recommend looking at this hotel if you’re considering a stay in Boquete.
