I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.

Very nice location. All staff very professional and friendly. The breakfast was good and huge but do not go after 10am because they remove the food fast. Very nice food for the dinner! The cleanness is perfect and the pool very well maintained. The location is only 20’ from station 2 which is more crowed. The beach is very clean. All transfers were very well organized.

Best hotel I've been so far. The service was top notch! Everyone was courteous and accommodating! From the warm welcome upto departure assistance. It was indeed a home-feel away from home. Definitely worth a comeback!💕 I found the gem of peace and silence here away from the crowd of station 2! Thank you NAJ for your assistance and for touring us around ! Precious, the front desk officer, kuya jun and ramon for driving us through the free shuttle service, Cherry for giving us good shots! Crimson is exeptional! Our 5 day stay has been wonderful. Staff are very professional, accoodating and very polite. They made us feel truly at home. Our room has the spectacukar view of the garden and sea. Jhonry at Saffron Cafe is phenomenal. We were taken care of every time we come for breakfast and lunch. He's very polite and professional as well. The only concern that was nited was the flies around the restaurant but it was addressed right away. We will definitely coming back on our next Boracay trip. We can't imagibe being somewhere else but here. Highly recommended.

The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in during my trip to the Philippines. It includes a buffet breakfast. There are a lot of Chinese and Western styles. Hubby and I got a very good deal during the resort’s super sale with our deluxe room that has a balcony facing the beach. Residencia Boracay is a small resort surrounded by big hotel names (Discovery Shores, Henann...). The room has all the basics—hot shower, cable TV, mini ref, instant coffee/tea, safety deposit box, but we hardly stayed inside because it’s situated in a prime location by Station 1 (the best area in the island). We enjoyed the typical Filipino breakfast of silog, but their in-house restaurant, Sole, has a very extensive menu. There’s pizza, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, etc, and even happy hour deals on beer and cocktails. It’s a quiet spot (except when the nearby resort’s have live music at night) and family-friendly, too. Kudos to the staff who are warm and friendly. Residencia Boracay will be top of mind for me, especially because of its competitive rates. We’ll be back!

This hotel is the most satisfying of the entire trip to Boracay, and the price is the most worthwhile, more than 500, Japanese style, very clean, breakfast is an optional set meal, and the quantity is large. I originally booked a paradise room. Later, I didn't have it. I stayed for 4 nights. The room was because it was not in the sun, and it was at the beach. It was damp and the quilt was wet. I felt that the body was very heavy in those days. It is recommended to book a junior suite that is not too spacious. Breakfast is really hard to eat, but the restaurant's lunch and dinner is delicious, more characteristic is the cheese pizza, beef rice, pasta is also delicious. Paradise House is also awesome, with a swimming pool. The final experience is that I would rather spend more money to live in Shangri-La and Linde.
