We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Fred’s Resort. The place is clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is calming, and everything we needed was provided. Truly a great place to unwind and create beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

This hotel service was excellent. We stayed like at home. Staff were very kind amd helpful. Also can use fully furnished kitchen. Thanks a lot Mongolian couple. Battur and Munkhtsetseg

My experience at this so-called “resort” was absolutely terrible. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was unbelievably rude, and the shocking part is that the person at the front desk was the owner herself. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful I booked a specific room on the website, but when I arrived, they gave me a totally different room—nothing like what I paid for. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the owner chose to blame me and speak in a very disrespectful manner Honestly, this place shouldn’t even be called a resort. The whole experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually understands customer service

Good place, staff allowed us to check-in early and gave us 2 rooms instead of 1. AC works well too. Good for budget family stays... A little far from Dmall but you can walk anyways. Had a good time with the family.

Very accommodating. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely be back for a third. I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip.
