Four Points by Sheraton Boracay

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, especially the top-notch service. Even though it's a Four Points, the staff are incredibly professional. They greet you with a smile every time you enter, exit, or simply pass by, making you feel right at home. The hotel also goes above and beyond for guests, offering complimentary early check-in and welcome drinks. The rooms are excellent – spacious, clean, and equipped with brand new facilities, ensuring a super comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-3 minute walk to S1 and Robinson's Supermarket, plus there's a shuttle to D'Mall. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel with excellent service and good breakfasts. The hotel is very conveniently located near Station 1, in the quietest part of the beach.

The staff are excellent and very helpful. But the dampness is just awful. We changed rooms, but after 2 days, the smell of dampness and wet bedding returned. I do not recommend.

Service: Pretty good. The staff were very welcoming. When checking in, they offered snacks, hot towels, and water. They also have a free shuttle service to the city, but it requires advance booking. Ambiance: The environment is just okay and doesn't quite live up to the price point. It feels more like a standard budget hotel.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but it's not too bad since Boracay isn't that big. The room was the worst – dark and cramped. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, very good service, and a large, clean pool.
